Melinda Wolicki and Cathy Clamp
Melinda Wolicki brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the Seacoast Beach Team. Melinda began her career at Napolitano GMAC in Coronado, California, where she was a top producer for 18 years. Her high energy and “real pep” are key reasons why clients, escrow officers, title reps, and other agents enjoy working with her. Today she hangs her broker’s license at Pacific Realty in her home town of Imperial Beach.
Melinda is a master of communication and always keeps her focus on the big picture. In every transaction, she makes sure that all parties involved are on the same page and moving the process forward, resulting in satisfied clients time and time again. As a local resident, you can always be sure Melinda knows the pulse of the real estate market here in Imperial Beach.
Cathy Clamp has been a realtor since 2005. While most realtors would dread the idea of beginning their career in a declining market, Cathy welcomed the challenge and took the opportunity to learn a variety of finance options that buyers now have at their fingertips. With such a wide range of finance options available, she is able to accommodate many different types of buyers, including VA, FHA, and cash buyers. In addition, she has helped a number of sellers successfully negotiate with banks in order to short sell their homes.
Cathy was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors. Being an active member of the Association means the Seacoast Beach Team will be on top of any changes affecting how real estate is bought and sold locally as well as nationally. In addition, Cathy’s technological prowess allows her to communicate and work with clients both in town and out of state, utilizing tools that allow real estate documents to be signed and delivered anywhere, anytime.
